TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
§ 0. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
  1. Services provided by SOQQA (fortune-telling, tarot, esoteric advice) are solely for entertainment purposes and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  2. The results of fortune-telling are symbolic interpretations and should not be treated as factual predictions of the future.
  3. Definitions:
  • Instant Service – delivered in full immediately after purchase
  • Sensitive Data – information about health/religious beliefs that we do not collect without explicit consent
§ 1. TERMS OF USE
  1. Before placing an order, the User must: a) Confirm age (≥18 years) b) Accept the terms and conditions through a two-step confirmation: ☑ "I understand the entertainment nature of the services" ☑ "I accept the loss of the right to withdraw in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU"
§ 2. PAYMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
  1. Payments are processed by Stripe. The User:
  • Accepts Stripe's terms and conditions
  • Acknowledges that esoteric services are classified as "high-risk"
  1. Refunds are excluded for instant services (in accordance with EU law).
§ 3. LIABILITY
  1. SOQQA is not liable for:
  • Decisions made based on the services
  • Failure of predictions to materialize
  • Financial/emotional consequences resulting from the use of the services
  1. The effectiveness of the services may vary depending on individual interpretation.
§ 4. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
4a. We do not collect sensitive data without separate consent. 4b. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. 4c. Details in the Cookie Policy (Appendix B).
§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. All disputes shall be settled by the court in Warsaw, unless EU regulations provide otherwise.
  2. Changes to the terms and conditions require 14 days' notice via email and a banner on the website.
