II. Personal Data Protection System
ADO has implemented technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in applicable personal data protection regulations. In particular, the following have been taken into account: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U. 2019.1781 t.j.), and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Dz. U. 2020.344 t.j.). We collect and process only the necessary personal data and for the shortest possible time, and for any activities not related to the fulfillment of the contract, you must give separate consent. Access to your personal data is granted only to authorized personnel trained in personal data protection, who guarantee its security. The IT system of the website and internal company procedures comply with all personal data protection standards. ADO has thus fulfilled all legally prescribed obligations in the area of personal data protection.
III. Personal Data, Purpose, and Storage Period
Data provided during order fulfillment is processed by ADO. ADO transfers personal data only when permitted by law and only when it is necessary to provide services to the Client or to fulfill a legal obligation, and only to the necessary extent. Client data may be transferred to service providers who may process Client data only on our behalf and only to the extent and for the period necessary to perform a specific service. In the case of using payments through an external payment system, all data provided after redirecting to the payment operator's page remain registered solely in its database and are not in any way accessible or stored by ADO.
